Job state, deterministic calculations, AI draft and review evidence, approval decisions, Slack delivery metadata, and operational telemetry.
Commercial administration
Package, entitlement, subscription, invoice, support, and incident records. Forecast-Ready does not store payment-card details.
02 / Purpose and lawful basis
Why we process it
We process account and service data to perform a contract, provide requested pre-contract audit work, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving a controlled RevOps service.
We use AI only to draft constrained narrative from structured evidence. Deterministic calculations remain the source of numbers, and approval policy governs delivery. We do not use this workflow to make solely automated legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No third-party advertising or analytics tracker is intentionally configured on the public website.
03 / Providers and transfers
Where data goes
Depending on enabled features, service providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Inngest, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, and an approved AI provider. They process data only for contracted service purposes. Cross-border transfers require an approved provider agreement and an applicable transfer mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK addendum, before the related production feature is enabled.

Forecast-Ready uses tenant-scoped access, role checks, stronger authentication for platform administration, encrypted provider credentials, audit records, approval gates, and recovery procedures. No system is risk free. Report suspected security issues to the contact above. The service is for businesses and is not directed to children.

What remains before legal acceptance
The full registered street address and postal code, named individual legal signatory, counsel approval, production provider contracts, and the final effective date remain unresolved. This page stays non-indexed until those gates are accepted.
